The photographs in the Dengler Images archive are licensed as rights-managed images. Licensing images as rights-managed means that pricing is based on:

• USE (print, broadcast, online, magazine, newspaper, advertisement)
• PLACEMENT (position and location in a publication, or website)
• SIZE (the size of the image in relation to the page, or design)
• CIRCULATION (press run, number distributed or displayed)
• DURATION (The period during which a license is active. The end date is defined by the duration and the start date. Our licenses are for one year. We will be glad to discuss longer-term licensing)
• GEOGRAPHICAL DISTRIBUTION (where the image will be distributed or broadcast)

Licensing clients will find our rates competitive with major stock agencies. We offer licensing bundles that will allow you greater flexibility and ease in licensing. Long-term usage, multiple image discounts can be negotiated, as well as exclusivity.

We do not offer royalty-free image licensing.

All of our images are registered with the United States Copyright Office. Violation of copyright will be actively prosecuted.
